The caliber-independent automatic oil station can also be used as a standalone unit. The automatic turning unit enables both sides of the movement to be oiled. Thanks to special component carrier plates compatible with over 10 caliber variants, even hard-to-reach areas can be precisely lubricated or greased. The integrated winding stem positioning unit allows already assembled components to be accurately positioned during the oiling process.

For new calibers, we supply all software specifications in advance for the components or movement positions requiring oiling, greasing, or epilamization. These are transmitted directly to the robots (see Services).

This gives you the flexibility to choose between sequential assembly steps and series production. Loading of the oiling system can be carried out manually or automatically. A range of loading systems is available to suit your needs.
