WHY?
The traditional and sequential assembly is becoming increasingly difficult due to the shortage of skilled workers. Traditional assemblies are too slow, and manual oiling and greasing are too imprecise. Quality control is laborious, and the time lost for additional repairs is significant. With conventional automatic lines, switching to new movements is expensive and cumbersome.
GOAL:
We lead you into the future with new technologies such as AI, vision, RFID, and modern PLC. Guaranteed high efficiency increase even with semi-skilled workers. With highly precise positioning and oil, grease robots. Precise fully automatic oiling and greasing, including Epilam (3 nano mm3 per oil point, repeatable). Depending on the complexity, up to 30,000 different movements can be assembled with 5 people (8 hours of working time). Also suitable for manufacturing assemblies.
The automatic oil unit can also be created as a standalone unit (series production) or integrated into the assembly line.
