Assembly Control Unit (AI and/or Vision)
The device checks after each sequential step whether everything is correctly assembled. Optionally, it can also check whether the screws are not damaged, whether there are fingerprints on the movement, or whether scratches have been caused. Additional checks such as meshing of the gear wheels, etc., are also possible.
Automatic Winding Unit
Suitable for all types of movements. The automatic winding unit can be set up on a conveyor belt or on a station. The system is controlled and always knows which calibre is coming; it is therefore designed to be calibre-independent and does not need to be adjusted to changing calibres.
Movement Turning Device
The movement turning device can be used on an automatic line, in automatic assembly stations, and in automatic oiling processes.
Winding Stem Positioning Unit
This device can be used for various tasks, such as:
• Automatic lubrication of escapements, to stop and release multiple positions of the escape wheel.
• Distribution of grease on calendar discs.
• Automatic function control for calendar switching.
• Rotation of components to grease or oil a wheel multiple time automatically.
• Distribution of grease and control of the winding mechanism.
Automatic Regulation Device (Go-No-Go)
• Automatic amplitude control
• Balance spring control (centred, concave, convex, parallel surface)
• Lever backlash
