Since all components are automatically oiled in steps, they must be available in time for sequential assembly. Depending on complexity, the assembly consists of 3 to 6 steps, with most partial assemblies requiring similar processing times.<\/p><p>Therefore, the assembly plan is different and includes placing components or assemblies on a so-called support plate, which can also be used for pre-assemblies. <\/p><p>The images are professionally processed so that the employees see the same image on the screen as they have in front of them at the assembly station. Handling errors, control errors, and the tools to be used are also displayed. All processing data is recorded and shows the capacities and times. Since each movement is identified by RFID, the work can be qualitatively evaluated.<\/p><p>If the assembly line is used for repairs, the cleaned movement is connected to the workpiece carrier for the future by the trained personnel at the very beginning of the assembly. This ensures that the customer receives their sent-in movement back. This happens at the beginning of a new series of the employee. <\/p><p>We create the calibre assembly plans adapted to the assembly line with the defined procedures and steps and with photos in HTML form for the instruction screens at the workstations.<\/p><p>In traditional repair, up to 30% quality problems arise with time-consuming fault finding.
